My boyfriend was recently arrested and I don't know why. He is being held in one of the facilities in upstate New York. He was there for work. He was due to have court today after being put in jail and he is suppose to call me back the same day. We were planning to get married in two weeks. What actions can I take or what could happen to him? Note: he overstayed his student visa. He was planning to move back to his native country but after meeting me he is wishing to stay. I'm a US citizen.
