I had asked for deferred option , got 90 days to pay , I had to move back to texas. I called the court and they advised me to send a family member to ask for more time to pay on that court date or pay the ticket. My niece showed up to court, but couldn't get more time to pay. I just talked an Insurance company to get a quote and they told me that ticket its showing in my record from 03/21/18. How can I pay it and still try to get it off my record?? Thanks AC
P.S This ticket is from Illinois
You need to contact counsel in Illinois to get an answer for this.
You should also explain, if you repost the question in the Illinois area, the issue of the dates. You stated you needed 90 days more to pay but the only date you provided is almost a year ago. It may be easier to get an answer if you explain a little more.
