The father and i dont see eye to eye and he keeps making threats of calling cps and getting all of my kids taken or kicking in my door
You should not write your own custody agreement. First, you need to file an action with the court. You should have an attorney file and represent you and to also draft the custody agreement, if there is one. Too much is at stake to try to do it yourself.

You can write it anyway you want, but if he does not sign it then it will not be enforceable. What you want to do is file for custody in the county the child resides in.
