But quitting is the better choice. Read the writing on the wall; your boss does not want to pay for anything, and he may not be your boss (by his choice or not) soon. No supplies or repairs means complaints about the apartments, which could lead to being closed. No pay for staff means no staff.
You can file a Wage and Hour Claim with the SC Department of Labor or bring a lawsuit for unpaid wages. In a lawsuit, if you win, you can be awarded up to three times your wages, plus litigation costs and attorneys' fees. Don't delay because time limits are running on claims. Also, you should probably look for another job.
