In February 2013 my mom said I assaulted her calling the police after she attacked me for having my ex-husband come bring diapers, to her house where my children and I we're going to stay temporarily, she wanted me to stay in my abusive relationship with my ex but then found it appropriate to attack me me when I was goin to show her where the diapers were. I simply defended myself, with a pleather wrap around cardboard hockey stick, meant for four year old when I was pushed to the ground and stepped on by this 300 lb woman leaving bruises the next day.. I defended myself, plead not guilty numerous times and had to move back in with my abusive ex husband, later not wanting to put up with that left for a battered women shelter with my children, this has kept me from getting jobs where I could've made more money and is stuck as a conviction bc I was forced to plead guilty bc they said I would have to do jail time or probation which I could not afford. And plead not guilty a numerous amount of times b4 finally being persuaded by court appointed attorney. She has bought the house I was renting cash just to kick me and my children out. She mademany attempts with CPS to get my children fr
I’m not sure what you were asking. But when you plead guilty to a crime you have a criminal conviction. As far as your children and CPS talk to a family law attorney about what’s going on. You can see if you qualify for legal aid representation.
Accepting cases in Dallas, Denton, Collin and Tarrant Counties. THIS IS GENERAL ADVICE AND DOES NOT REPLACE A PERSONAL CONSULTATION WITH AN ATTORNEY AND DOES NOT ESTABLISH AN ATTORNEY/CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
Consult criminal defense counsel about any possible recourse for expunction or non-disclosure.
