How can I get solar panel company to remove their equipment from my home?
1 attorney answer
If I were you, I would contact my title insurance to see if they can assist me in this matter. You should also put the solar company on written notice as the new owner of the house that you have no privity of contract with them and demand the removal of their panels. At least this helps create a paper trail. You also should contact your closing attorney and enlist their assistance. Finally, you can contact any of us who answer you here and/or utilize the Find a Lawyer function on this site to further explore your options. Good luck.
