This has been going on exactly 2years since my parents passing. She has been self dealing. I have email chains of her lying and proof of hostility as well. Also come to find out that she is doing this on her own, she made the trust itself and has had no attorney since the first of the year. She did a house appraisal with a friend of hers. It's worth on average 1.4 m yet saying it's only worth 700k. There's jewelery coin collections antiques art ect none of which has NOT been dealt out fairly. She's basically living rent free and what little she does pay has been coming out of the trust. She's not making money for it like she's supposed to. My main concern now is that my own snt how she has it set up looks like it's wrong and I'm in the middle of my PERC for SSI disability. This could screw me out of my case all together depending if she set it up the right way or not. It's in a custodial IRA account. Please help I'm lost and tired of all these ups and downs!!!! Ty Erin
