A man signed a contract to pay me weekly to own my rv. He stopped paying and won't give me back the rv. He has destroyed the inside. I know if I sued, he wouldn't pay. Could I garnish his wages? The title is in my name. Do I have to "repo" my own rv? Please help. Thank you
First, you start with showing the contract to the attorney. The contract may give you right to repossess, or may not. Definitely talk to an attorney before proceeding.
