I was convicted almost 30 years ago of a class C felony theft (theft shoplifting). I finished my time, probation and the case has been long finished I live in WA state, and have been above the law since then. I went to school and got an MBA in Health Administration, and cannot get a job in a hospital or nursing home because of "moral turpitude" . This was not a crime against a vulnerable person however I am not allowed to work in my field. Please help me to get a pardon and get my record expunged. Thank you, Marion Taylor
