I'm about to snap! This kind of disrespect and disruptive behavior is now making me physically sick. It's interfering with my work performance an lively hood. I'm afraid he is gonna make me do something that will get me into trouble. I'm afraid of me, but I'm also very afraid of what he is pushing me into doing. PLEASE HELP ME!

Talk to someone who handles landlord/tenant issues; eviction isn't a criminal thing.
(Or have obnoxiously loud sex with a new boyfriend until this one gets irritated and leaves. Or foster a small and yappy dog. Or start wearing patchouli instead of deodorant. Or invent a cult and start pressuring your ex to join it. Or just tell the dude you want him to pay rent or move out. As Jeremy mentioned, there are plenty of ways to get men to shoo.)
