I am trying to get the relocation of my daughter approved with the courts and her father to Irvington AL. From Pensacola FL. Which is 68 miles away. I have a job. I live with my boyfriend here currently, she is happy when she does come to visit. But it's hard to get established when I have to travel to Pensacola every week. I am trying to get a life established here for her and mines sake. The lifestyle here is better than it was/would have been in Pensacola. I would like to do that she stays with me during the school year and he gets her every or every other weekend. And we alternate holidays, and him get her in the Summer, with me getting her every other weekend during that time. And then her coming back with me when school starts again.
This is a child custody question, not an education question. I am moving it to the appropriate area. Good luck.
