Cos has placed my grandchildren in foster care said i couldn't take them because they have reason to believe that i knew that my daughter was taking them around the father which was not allowed around them but they don't have any prove that I did or didn't so now they r taking to take away my grandchildren where we will never c them again
Your rights as a grandparent are conferred upon you by your child. If your daughter's rights are terminated, it effectively stops your rights as well. You can try to work with CPS directly or a better choice is to contact an attorney who can review everything and advise you as to your options.
