I need to replace my marriage certificate but I can’t recall what city we were married in. Is there a way to find this out? I know the date and state but can’t recall the exact city...HELP!
You don't say in what state you were married; it matters. Each state is different.
If you married in Kansas, marriage records are kept at the state level, not by the city or county. Contact Kansas Vital Statistics: http://www.kdheks.gov/vital/marriage_howto.html
If it's another state, the best bet is to contact the state's office of vital statistics to find out how to locate those records.
