Are you looking for a TS no on the papers your received to see if the papers are valid? You may be able to check online at the county recorders office to see if the document is valid. From your question you don't seem to have an opinion about going through a foreclosure but if you do and you want to save your property there are options, including bankruptcy, depending on your circumstances to remedy the financial situation.
