I am a realtor and my daughter and son-in-law are paying cash for a home in the transaction. But the money is coming from my son-in-law's father. He would like a Note and Deed of Trust to protect the money he is giving them in case they don't make payments.
Any party to transaction can retain an attorney to prepare required note secured by deed of trust and deed of trust.
