Hello, I sued children hospital (pro sey) in superior court for not providing medical records in regards to a car accident in which I was a pedestrian exiting a school bus. Children's fabricated two different medical record numbers all in the same day after the incident in which i was rendered unconscious suffering internal and external bleeding, along with life long debilitating disabilities. A judge ordered childrens to produce records for said incident and they did!. One record states I was unconscious, and the other says I was alert and playing. Mere minutes after a car being struck at 30+ mph at 6 years (44pounds) old causing a hemotoma in my brains occipital lobe that had to be aspiration(vacuumed) by drilling my skull. They denied I ever went to the hospital and that these records existed until I provided records from dcf they where also on the scene. I was a child and my case was settled for peanuts. due to these entities record keeping shenanigans, I suffer dearly. I have documents to support my claim and the Honorable judge believes I have on going rights to the records.
