I left my husband of 10 years on oct 3 2019 , i do not want anything from him other than just to divorce him, we have no property together and no children.
You can't. At least, not without committing a felony. However, if you have 6 to 8 weeks and 6 to 8 grand, you can travel to sunny Guam and legally divorce there without having to wait the year.

I'm a little confused, because you say you left him 10 years ago and that you do not want to wait one year. If you moved out of the marital home ten years ago, the 1-year requirement is already satisfied. It is 1 year from separation, not 1 year from filing for divorce.
