I was legally blind. My caretaker took advantage of me. Got a marriage certificate. I'm not sure if she submitted it or not. However after finding out she was stealing from me and taking advantage of me. I was taken out of her home. I lived with her for about 6 months. I was removed from her home 3 years ago. We were married less than 60 days. I don't know her address or her info. How can I make sure I'm divorced from her?
You should work with an attorney who can help you with the proper course of action. If she cannot be located after exhausting all efforts to find her, then you can try to divorce by publication.

The caretaker must do more than get a marriage license; you must have a marriage ceremony. It is unclear from your post if you have a legal marriage, or not. You should consult a family law attorney, and seek advice on how to proceed.
