Having a lead safety issue with a company hired to remove a fence.... they were previously sued on this issue and there is a Consent Decree they are supposed to be following (but aren’t).
This is a risk issue, and loss prevention, too. Get a copy of the consent decree.
Figure out which agency it is that sued the fencing contractor. Go to that agency's enforcement arm and detail the non-compliance with the consent decree. You might also find out who at the Attorney General's office is in charge of enforcing the consent decree and complain there as well.
