Went to court gave us 7 days to work it out with landlord didn't happen so they gave us a 3 day notice so how long do we have the three days was up yesterday?
You don't define what this notice is. Is it a notice for compliance or possession? Is it a writ of restitution? Is it a summons and complaint. Review it.
The judicial branch has the general instructions and forms that relate to eviction here http://bit.ly/2p04Cbx. This is a simple general timeline of the process http://bit.ly/2BdEOAV. Colorado Legal Services has information on evictions and landlord and tenant laws here http://bit.ly/2mIVhXZ.
Good luck and start reviewing the materials to understand the process and to exercise your rights.
