Ex husband and his girlfriend say that I am harassing them because I make comments on Facebook how my ex husband has totally disowned his only son and treats him as if he never existed and the ex looks very ill and I wanted them to get their relationship on track before it’s too late for either one of them.
If there was an order of protection, you would be served with it. If it is recent and think they might had an emergency order granted, you can search with the clerk's office in the county in which they would have obtained the emergency order to see if anything has been filed. If so, hire an attorney right away as a hearing on plenary order has likely already been set.
I agree with the other answer but would add that it is extremely unlikely that they could get an OP or other restraining order against you on the facts you stated. Check it out for your peace of mind.
My answer does not create an attorney-client relationship. My answer is for general information only per the AVVO guidelines.
