He was accused of failure to report by his new probation officer assigned to his case. He had the same P.O. for the last 3 years and was put on non report after complying with the requirements set for probation and judge ordered. He has not had any violations in 3 years until this one now. We were unaware of his po being changed and they claim to have sent it by mail to our address requesting him to call for a time to come in the office to meet and follow up with the new po. I check our mailbox eveyday and not once did i see anything from ga state probation. And as expected they dont believe that and its only an excuse to try and get out of failure to report.. i really need advice help please...i have no cash since he worked and i stayed home however i managed to take the first job i could in order to try not to lose our home and everything we have. Please if possible help me find someone who can help with pro bono or anything they can do for us.. thank you
