I have documented text messages saved, online posts that are clearly visible and clear admissions from the individuals involved who have spent years harrassing and slandering me online. Not an exaggeration. There is an attack website, a blog, and a forum thread with my name attached and a ton of libelous information on there that is absolutely not true. I have the text messages saved which clearly show the individuals responsible, as well as extortion attempts. There has been a ton of illegal activity here. I really need someone to take this case on contingency and am looking to setup a consultation with anyone who would be interested.
Agreed. Even if you have a strong case, you need a defendant with the ability to pay in order for a lawyer to take the case on contingency.

I would suggest you contact the Sonoma County Bar Association. Ask them about their "Lawyer Referral Service (LRS). When you describe your case, they will match you with two or three lawyers who practice in this field, and the consultations of about 20 minutes each are free. When you speak with them, you can inquire about the possibility of a contingency fee.
Best of luck.
