How can I find an attorney to get my rights and custody to help my little Gerald. I was getting him therapy and now the father

The Father has custody since 2017. I had a breakdown during divorce, between him being able to run over my lawyer went through $10000. Plus traveling 4 times a week 16 hour round trips to exchange. Got so exhausted missed Court. Then felt lost. Durring all this I noticed. My little 18 months old Gerald was having difficulty talking, had him checked through Baby Net and they began therapy right away. I am positive he has CAS. I relayed all this to the father and he convinced me he was carrying through and keeping my Gerald up on speech therapy. I trusted he would do this for our son as he needs it so badly. But would not let me no about the therapist, and I didn't think I could go back for at least 2 years after a decision was made. Now he has told me that he was told he would grow out of this or now kindergarten will take care of it. I know this is something Gerald will never grow out of. Gerald will brighten your day with his smile and laughter, but cannot tell you what he wants so desperately to say. I have always been getting him. I am not sure why the father does not want him to get help. But I am willing to have a speech therapist pay for it is there a lawyer save Gerald
