In need of help figuring out timesharing of my 3 year old daughter. I was told 50/50 may not be the right situation in our case. Having zero income and him having a lawyer makes thing very difficult.
There is no database of free lawyers. However, there are lawyers who will reduce their fees or handle your case for free. You can use this site to search for lawyers in your area. Call them and ask if they take reduced fee or pro bono cases.
It's very difficult to find an attorney that will work for you for free or on a reduced rated basis. I would contact Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida @ 386-255-6573. It is imperative that you have an attorney since you have a child together. Good luck.
