Got eviction notice from housing for excessive visitors we my sister has cancer and we don't have a expected time she would pass away but so people do come over to visit her because we don't know her estimated time to live but they gave us 2 wKS 2 get out and she lives on disability and doesn't get paid til first of month to even b able 2 afford anywhere to live ???
There is no statutory extension of time in Oklahoma from an eviction notice. If you are given notice to move for the reason you stated, I would imagine you are on a month to month lease and so they must give you a months notice to move. If your delinquent on the rent, they can give a five day notice to move. See an attorney to help you get enough time to find another place to live if in fact you breached the lease.
