I live in Arizona and my kids live with their mother in Alabama. I could not appear on the court date given because I live in Arizona. In the meantime, I filed a motion to dismiss and was awaiting the ruling when I found out today that the state of Alabama filed the child support modification order raising my child support obligation over $500/month. I was wondering also if I could file an injunction while the appeal is being considered?
