My L1A visa expires next year in March, I will complete 7 years.
I spent about 150 days out of country during these years. I know I can extend my stay with those days I spent outside.
My question: how can I prove it? What is considered a proof for USCIS?
Unfortunately I did not keep the boarding passes, but have several stamps in my passports.
I94 arrival/departure dates are sufficient?
I also have a few weeks cruise vacations, - unfortunately not all are seen on I94form-
Does USCIS accept a confirmation from cruise company as a proof?
If I get the extension can I continue traveling out of the country?
( My company will request the extension and also apply for GC, but still too early to take action, and I just want to be prepared and get some information)
Since you have an attorney representing you and the company, that is who you need to discuss these issues with. thanks
