I'm working on a software product in the consumer finance space. It has some indirect but potential parallels into "credit building" or "credit repair". I'm trying to ensure my messaging makes it clear that we are not a credit repair agency to avoid any litigation. I would like to hire a lawyer to review my messaging (not looking for a quick answer) - if anyone is experienced in this please get in touch with me.
For some reason Avvo.com has categorized this question as a "Divorce & Separation" question. Re-categorizing that for you. Hopefully, you'll find some answers from the "Financial Markets and Services" sector.
