okay there a lot of guy that keep calling me name pushing me around in school and my teacher and principal want do anything about it so i was wanting to know if yall could help me come up with a way to deal with these guy calling me a name
If they are touching you, demand the school take action. Do not let them turn you away. If necessary, you can seek a restraining order against the people touching you. If they are calling you names, you will need to just learn to ignore it because no threat from school or otherwise will stop them because it is not illegal. So absent a school rule that an independent witness will report they broke about the bullying, the school will be hesitant to act. But they will lose their fun from it if it doesn't seem to bother you anymore. It is your rage, fear, embarrassment that they really want. If tehy do not get it, they get bored eventually and move on to others.
Make sure you document all of the incidents and all of the times you've told any teachers or staff. The District is required to protect you and provide you with a safe environment to learn. There are a lot of creative solutions they could come up with in order to achieve this (a contact person, a safety plan, an alternative route or classes, a safety monitor, etc. etc.) Do you have special needs? Or an IEP? If so, there is likely even more that can and should be done to protect you.
