My grandsons mother had a DUI and lost her license, but she has been driving around. I feel very worried when he goes with her and she is driving without a license, if she got pulled over would she get arrested for driving without a license?
Of your grandchild’s mother was convicted of DWI, she may well be driving legally with a limited driving privilege. Only way to check with a DL# is to go to a courthouse and use the public access computers to see if she was convicted of DWI. Whether she has limited driving privileges could only be discovered by actually seeing the case file in the county where she was charged..Maybe you should ask your child if they know what’s up.
