No one is able to quote attorney's fees in an online message board. You need to speak to the attorney or the attorney's office directly. Every attorney is free to set his or her own fees.
First - who said that you got your status back? If you did, the NTA would have already been cancelled. If the USCIS told you that you got your status back, the logical question from you then would have been what about the NTA and court date? You could go back to those people, as perhaps they did not finish their work. Or maybe they are going to. Or maybe they do not even know you had an NTA. We do not have enough information here to really tell you what is happening as it is a little strange what you are describing.
Visit a Chicago attorney and show the paperwork.
As my colleagues stated, there are many more details before we can answer, and further, we cannot quote fees online and all lawyers vary. I would suggest calling the US EOIR automated system to find out if in fact you still have a court date before doing anything else. The number is 1.800.898.7180. Listen to the options, and then input your A number when instructed. It will give you the most up to date information on your next hearing date/time.
Avvo doesn't remunerate me for this response, and I'm only offering limited advice based on the few facts given me in your question. I am not your lawyer solely because I answer this question or respond to any follow-up comments. If you want to hire me or are interested in a low cost or free consultation, please contact me. Otherwise, please don't expect a further response. We need an actual written agreement to form an attorney-client relationship. It's impossible to fully evaluate a legal problem without a comprehensive consultation and review of all the facts and documents at issue.
