I got pursued into a vacation club, since I bought in August 2018 and i have never used it. i just want out of it
Vacation club rentals, like timeshare contracts, are finding contracts. If there was any type of coercion, duress, illegal activity, misrepresentation, or any other factor of the time you signed, including the inability to use it, you may be able to cancel. In my practice, I have been successful in canceling many of these contracts based on these grounds. The best advice Is to consult with a knowledgeable attorney to review your contact, and discuss the specific facts of your case to see if the contract can be canceled. Consult today

As an additional note--learned from my own personal experience--you will have more success in cancelling the deal if the timeshare you purchased is located in a resort where all the timeshares are already sold out, and where the market is strong for that timeshare report. Also, there are several "timeshare resales" companies operating in Florida--some being more honest and fair than others. And finally, do NOT expect to get all of your down payment back; that will never happen.
