My grandmother and her siblings where left property by my great grandmother when she past away. Everyone agreed to split the property I want to build a house for my Grandmother on her part, all siblings agree but one sibling has past away and never left anything in writing agreeing to the build like the others. How do I go about moving forward with the building of the house?
