How can I be dropped from a case of I'm just a party? Not a witness. I don't have a summons, just the last order.

If you are the mother of the child who has the sole custody, you have to be there. The court may like to hear your opinion. Yes, unfortunately it is a mess surrounding the visitation and you have a right to say 'yes or no.' If you have an attorney, you can send your attorney. Good luck.
