I am an alleged victim but I made false allegations and I'm not trying to make matters worse. I haven't made any further contact with police besides the initial report and now this detective has made it known that if I do not contact him to set up an appointment, he will call my job or attempt to find me at my home. Should I call him back to let him know I have no desire to speak to him whatsoever or what should I do or not do?
You have made admissions on this website that are against your interests, and you have lied in the past. You need the advice of an attorney so that he/she can help you begin to get things straightened out. I advise you make no more statements to anyone until you speak to an attorney.
This answer is for general purposes only and does not establish an attorney-client relationship.
Hire experienced counsel immediately and have counsel contact this Detective to resolve this issue.
Whatever happened, whatever your motivation, you need assistance to resolve this before it gets worse.
I hope this helps.
