I had been emailed two seperate dates to go to court didnt know that one was a calender call appointment because it had stated it was a court date on the email
Q: is there any way i could have my attorney save me from jail?
A: Perhaps you should ask this question of your attorney?
Respectfully (as respectfully as I can be), if you have a lawyer then why are you on the internet seeking advise from other lawyers?
My advise is to talk to your own lawyer, heed your lawyer's advise and not to seek second opinions on the internet from cyber-lawyers who apart from your one sided, abbreviated proffer, know nothing about either you or your case.
Wishing you good judgment and hoping that I have been helpful in answering your question.
First, second and third: No attorney-client relationship exists by virtue of any Q&A with Michael A. Haber, Esq. on Avvo. Fourth: Anything that you post on Avvo (or on similar sites) or on any social media is by its nature public. It is essentially an admission / confession and can be introduced into evidence as a statement against your interest in a subsequent legal proceeding. Once posted you lose any reasonable expectation of privacy, so, as this is an open forum (with no privilege attached), please be extra careful when considering what to post online (forewarned is forearmed.)
