Hi my name is [Information Redacted] and I came up with a name for a waterless detail called u got next detailing which I didn't have incorporated but I do have a legal contract that I signed but could not execute because I didn't have it corparated at the time so I then went to the BBC to get corparated and they presented me With a consultant ,which I then told him about my plan.from my understanding I went to the BBC for help and I thought we were incorporating u got next under my name as owner not employee,and also we went to the DMV to get the right tipe license witch was supposed to be in my name also but we left the DMV he put everything in his name as owner if I understand correctly I went to him fore help not to help himself. But he doesn't no I still have that contract with the date and signature before I went to BBC please help with this to the best of your knowledge
