WA state. I have pretty clear evidence of a City cop covering up exonerating evidence in a criminal case and it won't be used in any case to establish a 'record' of Brady violations for this cop because the victim has identified the only civil action possibly available to pursue would be individual constitutional right violation against the cop only as an individual since there's no prior record for prosecutor to have realized or City to have supervised for & this cop probably has no assets as he rents & buys his big toys on credit.
But, in leaving the situation, the victim seeks to record somehow this evidence so future Brady violations by this same cop CAN show history and prior knowledge by supervisor and prosecutor to watch this cop. But cop has since been fired & moved to new area.So is there a reporting place available to attach this to this cop no matter where he goes? This is his second time fired and he still claims he's retired. And he teaches an ethics class....
Filing your aforementioned civil suit would create a court record of your allegations.
