I am a minor who is in the early stages of starting a business, this business would involve me ordering wholesale items from companies monthly. Because I am under 18, I know that I can't really enter legal contracts. I also know that for ordering wholesale, you generally need an EIN and resellers license. Is there any way that my parent could enter contracts with the companies and purchase the products under their name? Are there any other ways to work around this? Is there any information I need to know?
Have an experienced attorney create a limited liability company for you and assign your parent as an officer who may conduct contracts on behalf of the company
