I got a bill in January 2019 for 52.97 for the year of 2017. I got a report from the company and it was compiled on 1/08/2019. Now I have gotten a bill in January for the money and just got another statement for the same bill. Can they bill me for supplies over 2 years ago?
I am not aware of any law or regulation that would preclude a medical supply company from billing your for goods/services provided 2 years earlier. The statute of limitations (a timeline on their ability to sue you) would be three years if there is no written agreement and 6 years if there is a written agreement. I hope this helps.
