Ive tried to get the registered rent its impossible the housing dept obviously is paid to not pay attention to the issues they do not follow any rules the rso handbooks say are part of rent control . i feel that its financial racism when they act like your stupid for falling for the over priced scam.. when they want you just to leave and then they raise the rent agian .. you cant come and go there is no where to park , but theres parking from 1-3 pm durning the week so they claim there is street parking out front .. deceived , robbed i feel conned by these people and want it to stop and not happen the next low income person that has no way to pay for lawyers. The restrooms are from the seventies with no privacy , they claim to not have to follow the rules because its hotel.. but its not its a house overcrowded with no manager that speaks english... its all a game they play on the one person who moves in and moves out usually in 2months.. unless you meet someone who stops them its about the only move you can make .. how does someone charge so over market and not get caught by the housing dept or irs for false employees and all the scams they pull i would assume i would get caught.
