We moved in this house a year ago and signed a contract. A month after being here, the company we signed the agreement with sold the house to another company. Now after or agreement and contract are up, the new company wanted us to fill out an application and credit check. We didn't pass the credit check, now they are kicking us out. How can they do that when we've been here a year and always pay them?
They can do it because your lease is up.
