I purchased a truck and car both while married. The loans and and titles are both in my name, and i pay for both on my own. We have separate bank accounts, and my wife has a vehicle that is paid for and is in her name not mine. Will I get the vehicles I paid for and own in the divorce?
It's not as easy as one may think. All property in the marriage is a part of a marital pot with 50/50 presumption. You need to retain an attorney.
