I went to court for my 2nd driving while suspended today but 2 nights back i got my 3rd driving while suspended i go to court for my 3rd one the 22nd of this month and i go back for my 2nd one on march 4th. I didn't want a public defender but they made me get one. How can i get it so i don't do jail time and i can get the judge to wave reinstatement fees and the fees for the tickets?
Given your history, you DON'T get a suspended sentence, and you WON'T be able to have your reinstatement fees waived.
Let's face it, you simply want to ignore the law, as you continue to drive without a license. The court is going to look at that fact when it determines what your sentence will be.
I'm licensed to practice law only in Indiana, and we've never met, so I can't give you "legal" advice. My answer is simply "friendly" advice based on my experience as an attorney in Indiana, my knowledge of federal and common law, and common sense. Even if you are in Indiana, employment law questions are very fact specific, and based on the limited information you provided in your post, I can't give you legal advice, and my answer is intended as general information only. It doesn't create an attorney-client relationship.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
