You’d likely have to be represented by an attorney to get a settlement advance loan. Those companies want to make sure they get repaid at the end.

I agree with Mr. Montgomery. Also, those settlement loan companies charge an arm and a leg in interest. Why not talk to your landlord and see if they will either delay the rent a few days or file a lien on your WC claim so that they will get paid. Don't pay 25% interest on a loan!
