I bought home in 2013 n i m getting summons because my previous owner had some court case so they are sending me this summons. How can I remove myself completely since this is second notice n i avoided first time to appear since I was not available but this is annoying
If the summons is not to you, ignore it. If it is to you but should not be, you must move the court to quash this.
