The case was moved to circuit court, it says subsequent offender/ additional penalty. It also says consent- reschedule status/ settlement conference.
It means the prosecutor and defendant (likely through their counsel) consented to change the date of the status/settlement conference, possibly because the date was in conflict with another matter one of the attorneys was required to appear at, or because they wanted more time to go over the evidence and discuss the possibility of a resolution to the charges without requiring a trial, or because they haven't been able to exchange evidence and discovery materials yet, or any host of other possible reasons. If you are the defendant, talk to your lawyer. If you are a victim/witness, talk to the prosecutor or whichever party subpoenaed you to appear for any trial scheduled in the matter.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
