Green card stolen on a business trip to Bosnia and all my documents my car so from that time till know I did not find a way to get back to USA can anyone help me pleaseee
Go ahead and file the I-90 (can do it online). Once you have receipt notice, you can try getting "transportation letter" from US embassy and/or presenting letter to CBP at airport in US. Either way you will to explain why you were absent for so long.
It is important that you seek legal counsel immediately. USCIS should have your information on file, but it is critical that you inform USCIS immediately about your lost or stolen green card.
I am afraid you will be hard pressed to find you way now, three years later. You can apply for a SB1 returning resident visa but it is a long shot three years after the fact.
