Hi I received a speeding ticket 10 over speed limit and got deferal from thurston county. I got another ticket within 10 days for using cell phone in whitman county moving violation.Kindly advise and help out. I am extremely concerned. I don't want my insurance to find out. Thanks.
Usually your options when you have committed traffic infractions include 1) paying the ticket, 2) explaining mitigating circumstances to the court, or 3) contesting the tickets.

There is no way your insurance company will not find out if you are honest. To begin with, you are asked every time you renew your insurance if you have been found to have committed any offenses and you have to honestly answer the question because if you don't and are found out they will deny coverage. Secondly, your 2nd ticket will be seen by the court in Thurston county because it will appear on your JIS form and your deferred with turn into a "Committed" offense if you are found to have committed the other offense. Thirdly, as indicated, you need to contest the cell phone ticket or everything will come out and you will have two tickets on your driver's record in pretty short order.
You better get a good lawyer who does traffic infractions to help you.
